Tournament Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate our participants while maintaining the integrity of our program. Deposit is due at the time of registration. Remaining balance due No Later than 30 days prior to the tournament.
1. Nonrefundable Deposit:
A $100 deposit is required to secure your spot for the tournament. This deposit is nonrefundable under any circumstances, as it covers administrative and planning costs.
2. Cancellation Deadlines and Refunds:
• More than 20 days before tournament:
If you cancel your reservation more than 15 days prior to the tournament date, you will be refunded the amount paid, besides the $100 nonrefundable deposit.
• 15 days before Tournament :
If you cancel your reservation between 10 to 14 prior to the tournament date, 50% of the total cost (excluding the deposit) will be refunded.
• 10 days or fewer before:
No refunds will be issued for cancellations for the tournament date, accommodations will have been finalized.
3. Substitution Option:
In the event of a cancellation, when NO reschedule being offered, you will be refunded the amount paid, besides the $100 nonrefundable deposit.
