Cancellation Policy

Kids America Cancellation Policy for Tournaments
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate our participants while maintaining the integrity of our program.

Deposit is due at the time of registration. Remaining balance due No Later than 20 days prior to the tournament.

1. Nonrefundable Deposit:
A $100 deposit is required to secure your spot for the tournament. This deposit is nonrefundable under any circumstances, as it covers administrative and planning costs.

2. Cancellation Deadlines and Refunds:

• More than 15 days before tournament:
If you cancel more than 15 days prior to the tournament date, you will be refunded the amount paid, less the $100 nonrefundable deposit and any online service fees
• 10 days before Tournament :
If you cancel between 10 days prior to the tournament date, 50% of the total cost (excluding the deposit) will be refunded.
• 10 days or fewer before Tournament:
No refunds will be issued for cancellations for the tournament date, as accommodations will have been finalized.

3. Tournament Substitution Option:

If the tournament is canceled by Kids America due to not enough teams and no reschedule is being offered, you will be given a full refund less $100 non refundable deposit and any online service fees.

● Rain out policies: In the event of bad weather, the tournament director of Kids America reserves the right to modify and complete the tournament the following weekend or any other date we deem appropriate without a refund. In the event the tournament is canceled due to weather, the following refund will be in effect:

● 0 games played – 75% refund

● 1 game played – 50% refund
● 2 or more games played – no refund
● Gate Fees are non-refundable
